$500 max for staff of 5 or more (certified coaches only)

 $125 per coach if after Jan. 1 if not pre-registered 

 If bringing a check to the clinic, coaches MUST be registered by Jan. 1 so we can   order the correct amount of food! 
Late registration will be $125 per coach--no exceptions!
